Two and a Half Men

I must admit, this episode had me laughing out loud a lot.  It started where last week’s episode left off.  Walden now owns Charlie’s house and he is keeping Berta as his live in housekeeper.  Her “secret thoughts” about Walden is one aspect of the show that was hilarious.  Alan leaves to go to live at  his “mommy’s” house and he can’t deal with her dating life and loud sex.  He needs to find a way out! P.S. Alan left Jake at the house.  Funny.

Walden starts calling his wife, who left him, to see what kind of shampoo he uses (baby shampoo) and the kind of toilet paper that “doesn’t bother his tushy”.  Can you say immature?  He really is like a baby.  In my opinion, I think Ashton and Walden are alike!

Walden drops by to visit Alan and they end up going out for a joy ride and to visit Bridget (Judy Greer), Walden’s wife.  The house is filled with arcade games, toys, life size Star Wars figures, and a huge bubble gum machine.  Again…immature.  She said there is no way in hell she will take him back and Walden is crushed.  That conversation lead to another joy ride, which Alan didn’t enjoy.  Oh yeah, Alan peed his pants a little in Walden’s car.  Another hilarious moment.

Alan and Walden got drunk and ended up passing out on a lounge chair together….naked.  Who joined the party?  Berta of course!  During breakfast, one of Charlie’s skeletons stops by to visit.  Walden thinks she’s smokin’ and starts flirting, but then Bridget stops by.  Alan takes care of the situation and Walden is forever greatful.  He says, “If there’s any way I can help you, you just let me know.” The door open is wide open for Alan!  He walks through the door, asking if he can stay at the house for a few days because he can’t deal with living at his mom’s house.  ”Few days, couple weeks, month tops”, he proclaims.  ALAN’S BACK!

The writers wrote the show really well this week.  I love how Alan had to weasel his way back into the house and it wasn’t just understood that he was staying.  I also love the fact that Berta is staying!  Hopefully her hilarity will be more present.  I think her and Walden play well off of each other.  What is with this show and the main characters?  Their character on the show always seems to reflect who they are in real life.  Charlie was a crazy, alcoholic, womanizer, and Walden is freshly separated from his wife (in case you didn’t know, Demi just left Ashton).  Coincidence?
